After a couple months, this app is still so bad. The GW column isn't showing the points from the week before, just the number of the GW. When you click on a player to see their info and go back out, it resets the order of your list. Such an annoying app to use, I truly hate it! I had lots of problems logging in and staying logged in. Now that problem's resolved but the app keeps crashing when I open it. Incredibly buggy this year, what a downgrade...

It's an awful app. It will automatically sign you out from FPL every day even if you select "Keep me signed in". Also, it will take you back to the home page everytime you close a news article or video, instead of taking you back to the list of news/videos. It'll send you a notification before a game saying Lineups are available, but when you take a look, they're not going to be shown for another 5-10 mins.

not even sure where to begin. The application itself is absolutely terrible. sorting doesn't work the way it should. there are data fields that are completely useless such as listing the game week that all players are at. like really? as of today the app is crashing constantly and won't even open. pretty much this switch over to Microsoft is an absolute dumpster fire and somebody needs to be fired for it.

I have had to uninstall. The app is unusable for the past couple of months. I used it for years before the latest update. Now too hard to find scores and no longer can easily look up match stats, clubs, players, etc. USELESS. Please fix. Whoever thought this was better should really be asked if they like football and watch matches.

The pick a player screen isn't updating my lineup. It's still displaying my team as if I'm still drafting my squad. I can't even see my bench players. The bottom of the screen is blank. I can't even see my starting lineup or individual points they've accumulated. Fix this fast or I'm moving to another platform! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Won't allow me to log in to my existing account since the update. It says "something went wrong," takes me to the homepage, let's me log in there, but when I return to the app, still logged out. Was working fine before the redesign. EDIT: Had to log in via my browser to set up fantasy. App is displaying error codes for everyone opening day of the season. Absolute nightmare. Had months to get it fixed. Devs should be fired(out of a cannon).

I cannot submit a team. I've picked a team several times over the last two weeks and whenever I try to submit it, I get "oops, sorry - it looks like something went wrong and we are having trouble loading this screen." I have tried clicking reload but the same message comes up every time. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same problem persists. This app and VAR - You're not great with technology are you PL!!

For very weird reasons I've not been getting push notifications on my phone even though I've ensured the Notifications are ON both in the app settings and on my phone. And for every update that comes, I think the issue will be resolved but it's just another waste of data on my end. I'm using an Android 13 and I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this. This all began with the merging of the PL app with Microsoft. Kindly fix up this issue cos it's making me miss out on very important updates.

[21/7/25]I've not really got on with the app since it changed from being just the Fantasy League app, which I much preferred. At the moment, the 'links' on the 'Latest' tab just take me to a blank screen. And when selecting my Fantasy Team for the first time this evening, it wouldn't load, and I had to use the website instead. [update:15/8/25]Went to open icon on my menu and was asked to update the app. Went to Google App store, updated, and now the app won't open at all.

Downgraded again: since the new update I cannot login on the app, just get bounced to the website. I notice many other users have reported the same issue, but nothing has been done. App is now pointless and the website is horrible to use for FPL. Fix the app QUICK because the new season is about to begin and if people can't login on the app, you'll lose people. 15/8 new update, same problems. 1st match and FPL page is now broken!

Not sure how they've done it, but somehow they've built an even worse app than last year's iteration. frequent crashes, match data won't load, UX is absolutely terrible and unintuitive, as well as just various loading errors when trying to change teams. And don't even get me started on trying to log in at the start of the season... doubt they'll ever sort it out - stick to the browser version

There are minor glitches as far as the use of the app. It is frustrating having to have an error code prompt come up stating to "reload" page from time to time. While it's a problem the overall use may be improved on but the access to an app of this kind with multi-functional uses is beneficial. It's an app to get if you are a PL lover...

a big balls up this season. replaced all chips in January if you had used them or not. a massive advantage for anyone that had played their triple captain, etc, to now get an extra one. but if you did not use any chip, before January, it does NOT get doubled. Very poor decision by the makers. Especially as there are private leagues with mates and money is involved! not using this POOR app next season. and no reply when a complaint is raised

it's just fantastic such a tactile game . only one small point the update on players could be better as whe a player is marked as yellow 75% chance of playing and we put them on the bench we can loose points when they are not updated until after the deadline game week time. 👍👍

This app is still largely broken for most of us trying to use it for fantasy football. We can't even load the fixture difficulty rating page as all it gives us is an OOPS error message. It's infuriating. That and various other issues have plagued us all season after the app redesign. Please get this all sorted for next season.

Good app but there is often glitches, at least for me. However the fantasy feature is decent and is also a news feed. I would recommend for fantasy teams but I would not recommend for looking at news, fixtures etc. Overall, it is okay definitely could use a few upgrades

don't fix what isn't broken. In Microsoft's case, don't overhaul a UI system that works and replace it with a cradle of bugs. The home page is laggy, articles never load fully or load at all, some features are place holders and nothing more, and co-pilot is pushed at the user. On the fantasy side of things, why would you have player info bar on the right and player selection on the left? why make certain buttons illegible in dark mode?

The Mobile app is total garbage. I can't select which week I want to see. my current matchups don't show up, so unless I log into the desktop app, I've got no idea who I'm playing or how I'm doing. these are simple fixes and it's been broken for 18 weeks! seasons half over!

The new 2025 app is garbage. There's so many breaking bugs. So many bugs in general. Dark mode is awful. Stats are wrong, mislabeled, or not consistent. 2026 edit: I went to update my review, and yep, all the things are still relevant. it's abundantly clear this is some AI stunt, and it's garbage. Pull the plug already.

the app never really works. has many glitches and reduces points for no reason. also never shows the right stats for players or correct upcoming games. sometimes I see the same point for all players in every category.
